Cars and Carnivals
Dr John Marshall was doctor in Wickford and South Woodham Ferrers, until his death in 1919. The chauffeur is Arthur May, and the cars are a Rover and a Dion Bouton. The garage was next to Marshall's house, which was off the High Street.

Ernie Watts Coal deliverer: This photo dates to around 1930. It was taken outside "The Corner Shop" in the High Street , near where W H Smiths is now.

The house in pictures 1, 2 and 4 could well be 80 London Road (opposite St Peters Terrace).
