Floating Turkeys

Our church feeds the carnival and one year the weather was fine until about 2.30 p.m. when suddenly it poured down.  Mr and Mrs Hodges put everything in the car and headed for home but we found we could not get under the bridge and so we decided to go up Castledon Road.  That was fatal.  We went straight into the water and there we stuck.  We sat there a while and then went into a farm for help and saw all these dead turkeys floating about from the freezer!
