In the photo are Frank Carter, wearing a white coat and holding a protractor. Also in the photo is Edward Phillip Bewers (Frank’s brother-in-law) who is third from the right and Halbert Carter is also in the photo somewhere.

I came across this website and this photo caught my eye. My Grandad is Frank Carter (lives on Runwell Road).
I wonder if this is the same Frank Carter? (Married to Betty Carter)?
