Beauchamps School, 1970s.

I went to Beauchamps School in the 1970s. I remember the teachers so well. Mr Beecher, the music Teacher, Miss Evans, English, and many more.
Good memories. Just wish I knew where the teachers are now.

  • Hello. Just been reading your page and bringing back lots of memories. I left in 1961. This new school building was just 2 years old. Mr Ward was headmaster, Mr Miller, Mr Evans, Mr Pluck, Miss Amos, Mrs Rose, Mrs Robinson, Miss Evans, Mr Norman. Although I should have left at 15, Mr Ward had started an extended course, 4X1 and 4X2, so left at 16. Went on to nurse and retired as a chiropodist. Married with 2 sons and 4 grandsons, all happily living in the west country.
