My dear old dad worked for Karrimix in the 50s, I think it was. He went on to work at a concrete plant near Colchester zoo. He was also involved in moving an amphibious duck, and drove it back to Essex from Nottingham for Carter & Ward in 58, I think. My brother & sister and me went to many good children’s Christmas parties put on by them too.
