3rd row 2nd on the right is Percy Marlow. He married Kathleen Clarke who was carnival Queen in 1946.

This was a Swan pub dart club outing. Second row from bottom, first left, is George Whiting, who lived in Jersey Gardens and entertained with his accordian. The second from the left, with the fag stuck in his mouth, is my late father, Bob Croot. The chap second row down from right, black hair, is one of the Stone family of Wickford who I think worked on the War Agriculture during the war. I know lots of faces, but cannot put names to them.
